2. Directory information. Provider listings are compiled from public sources, including the U.S. NPPES registry. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, partnership or verification of quality unless a profile is explicitly marked as claimed and verified. Cost figures shown are aggregated, self-reported public data and are not quotes.
3. Offers. Offers shown or described during early access are informational estimates. Any treatment decision, medical evaluation and final pricing occur only between you and a licensed provider.
4. No emergencies. Do not use VISUMOF for urgent medical issues. Call 911 for emergencies.
5. Content you submit. Do not submit personal health details you do not wish to share. Public questions are visible to others; private concerns are routed only as described in-product.
6. Acceptable use. No scraping, impersonation, false reviews, or unlawful use. We may remove content or restrict access to protect the service.
