VISUMOF is a private vault for your own appearance changes — skin, hair, body, makeup, aging — built by a Seoul aesthetic physician with 15+ years of non-surgical work. The first version ships in early November 2026. We are hiring the first three people who will build the US company with him. Founder-funded, remote, US-first.

Founding Operator
Remote, US hours · Los Angeles, New York or Bay Area preferred
You run the company day to day while the founder is in clinic: hiring, vendors, partners, support, launch. Chief of staff on day one, COO when the team exists.
What you will do
- Own the weekly plan and make sure every launch item actually ships.
- Hire the first team — a growth lead, an engineer, a part-time counsel — and manage them.
- Set up the boring-but-vital things: entity, payroll, contracts, app store accounts, support inbox.
- Recruit the first clinics and studios as partners, and the first hundred users as friends of the product.
- Be the founder's hands and voice in the US while he is 16 hours away.
You
- 3–8 years in operations at a consumer app, DTC brand or health-tech company — ideally as an early employee or chief of staff.
- You have hired people before and you know what a good first ten looks like.
- You write clearly and fast, in native English. Korean is a plus, never a requirement.
- You are comfortable deciding with incomplete information and reporting what you decided.
Terms
- Founder-funded. Competitive salary plus meaningful founding equity.
- We start with a paid two-week trial sprint, then decide together.
- Remote, with occasional travel to LA or Seoul once the team exists.

Founding Growth & Content Lead
Remote, US hours
VISUMOF grows when people share their own change. You make that happen: short-form video, creators, communities, and the first paid tests.
What you will do
- Produce short-form video every day — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts — around real changes, honestly shown.
- Run micro-deals with creators and estheticians, and build the first community of people who track themselves.
- Measure everything: which formats bring installs, which installs become vaults, which vaults share.
- Hand the founder a weekly one-pager: what worked, what did not, what we try next.
You
- You have grown a consumer account or brand from zero with short-form video, and can show the numbers.
- You understand beauty, skin, fitness or wellness audiences and how they talk.
- You can shoot, cut and post without a crew.

- Monthly contract to start, converting to full-time with equity once the channel works.

Contract-to-hire
Founding Engineer
Remote, US or Latin America hours
The product is built with an AI coding agent and a physician-founder. You own what the agent cannot: production, mobile builds, security, and the judgment calls.
What you will do
- Own production: Next.js on Vercel, Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage), on-device MediaPipe models.
- Ship the iOS and Android builds and own the app store relationships.
- Review and harden everything the agent writes — rules, privacy, performance on real phones.
- Build the on-device measurement pipeline with the founder: faces, bodies, skin, over time.
You
- Senior full-stack with TypeScript, React/Next.js and Firebase in production; mobile wrappers (Capacitor or Expo) a strong plus.
- You like working with AI agents and you are honest about what they get wrong.
- You care about privacy by design — this product stores people's own faces.
